Bethy Green, LMT is a native Floridian from Keystone Heights. She is an artist by both nature and training. While in high school, she dual enrolled at Santa Fe College where she pursued an art major. But aside from furthering her artistic passions, Bethy also desired a career that helped people. With many years of instinctually practicing massage on friends and family under her belt, attending massage school was the next logical step.

In January 2016, Bethy enrolled in the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, where she found amazing support from both the faculty and her fellow students. It is these teachers’ skillful abilities to help people through massage that continues to inspire Bethy as she embarks on her career; motivating her to hone her own techniques to provide her clients with the best care.

During her education, Bethy participated in chair massage events at Ronald McDonald House, Peaceful Paths, and Parklands Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Combined with her experience managing and working in the student massage clinic, the opportunity to work with these organizations shaped her skillset and nurtured her love of massage.

Upon graduating from the Florida School of Massage, Bethy immediately started her own private practice while also working in an established massage office. Her ambition led her to be able to work on numerous clients with differing body types and pathologies in the short amount of time following graduation. By working with these clients, she quickly learned that she has an affinity for neck, hands and feet work. She realized that many people hold tension in their neck which directly affects the rest of their body. Her gifted touch allows the release of stress from the muscle in the neck, in turn showing a strong correlation to changes throughout the rest of the body.

Bethy is striving to enhance her massage abilities through hands on practice, as she believes that nothing is a better teacher than real world experience.
